1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using RovaCredit's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on RovaCredit's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Device Condition: All rental devices are provided in excellent working condition. You agree to use the device in accordance with its normal intended use and to return it in the same condition.

Rental Period: Rentals are calculated on a weekly basis. Late returns may incur additional fees.

Damage and Loss: You are responsible for any damage caused to the device during the rental period. Accidental damage is covered by our insurance; intentional damage may result in full replacement charges.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on RovaCredit's website are provided on an "as is" basis. RovaCredit makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall RovaCredit or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RovaCredit's website.

RovaCredit does not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current.
